new folder in bookmarks/Firefox

How do I make a new folder in my bookmarks in Firefox 3.0.3? I go to organize bookmarks tab and I can't find anything to make a new folder.

After selecting "Organize Bookmarks...", either Ctrl-click on the location in the tree view on the left side where you want to add the folder and select "New Folder..." from the popup menu, or else click on the location to select it and then click on the gear-shaped popup button along the top of that window and select "New Folder..."
