hello All,

I would love to turn my iphone 4 into a mobile hotspot. I have AT&T and the only way to do that is to pay a monthly fee...

anyone know of an app that might allow me to do that sans the fees?

Nope!

Here in Canada some providers let you "tether" without an additional fee IF your plan includes 1GB of data or more. You might want to contact your carrier and see if the same deal applies.
