Microsoft Word for Mac: Font Size

While I'm typing documents in Mac Word while I'm typing the font seems really small. Its 12 point New Romans and it comes out to that when I print, but on the screen it seems very zoomed out.

It might be a silly question but how can I fix it?

iMac 20" 2.4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo 4gig,Mac OS X Maverick, Macbook Intel 2gig, iPhone 3G
go to the bottom of the page you have open, and in the box which says 100%, type 125 or 150, whatever you want
