Mouse Acceleration

So I used the -1 terminal command to disable mouse acceleration. After logging out and back in, the mouse acceleration seems to be disabled but the mouse tracking speed automatically sets itself to 2 notches below the maximum making the speed of my cursor ridiculously fast.

If I try to decrease the mouse tracking speed in system preferences it reverts back to having mouse acceleration.

Is there a way that I am able to adjust the mouse speed to anything lower than 2 notches from the max AND concurrently use this terminal command to disable mouse acceleration? Or will I have to tolerate using my mouse at this high tracking speed to have mouse acceleration disabled?
