Yes, it should work...with bootcamp. I believe I have that exact version on my machine. I would check but im in OS X.

That will not work, as it is only an upgrade disk.
You will need the Full Version that is at the bottom on the very same page you linked.

According to Apple's Boot Camp site:

What you’ll need
Mac OS X Tiger v10.4.6 or later (check Software Update)
The latest Firmware updates (check Support Page)
10GB free hard disk space
An Intel-based Mac
A blank recordable CD
A printer for the instructions (You’ll want to print them before installing Windows, really.)
A bona fide installation disc for Microsoft Windows XP, Service Pack 2, Home or Professional (No multi-disc, upgrade or Media Center versions.)

That said, I believe there are workarounds for using an Upgrade version of XP. A quick Google search should bring up the answer.
