So my macbook screen bit the dust and I picked one up off ebay for $50. I put the thing in and the screen still didn't show anything of worth. Maybe the screen that I bought was dead already, but the guy said it worked. Anyways what could be the problem? One thing that I noticed was that the new screen is supposed to be compatible in terms of size and usage for macs but it has an extra connection bus that my old screen didnt have and therefore no cable to go in it. Could this be the problem?
