MBP problems

Hi
my friend got some issues with her 2009 2.66 dual core unibody mbp

i first checked the permissions and reparend them

but it wont let me check the disk , im getting these errors

i booted from the originals install disks but i had the same errors

anyone know whats happening??

It appears the hard drive may be defective. Make sure she has a backup - use Time Machine and be prepared to replace the hard drive. Sorry I can't be more specific as French was not my best subject in school.
