Desktop Background

Is there any way to set your background to change every x minutes BUT only use selected images in the desktop images folder, i.e only 3 or 4?

Easiest way would be to put them in a folder, select that folder in the Desktop prefpane and select the "Change Picture" checkbox under the picture previews.

Thanks, that's what I suspected but being new I wasn't sure if there was an easier way.
