Guys,

My Boot Camp icon is no longer displayed in the system tray of Win Xp. Not a huge deal normally, but its absence has sort of hampered my keyboard functionality (for some reason when it disappeared I lost my settings such as using the volume up/down brightness etc keys on my macbook keyboard).

Any ideas on how to get this back?

Thanks,
Nik

PS: I searched the forums for this topic but was unable to find anything... if anyone has a link to a thread already created I would kindly appreciate it. Sorry for the double post in that instance.

My suggestion would be to reinstall the apple drivers from the cd you made in the bootcamp assistant.
i had to do that when i accidentally deleted my gpu drivers
