Changed my password for email accounts and FB, but iPhone 4 isn't recognizing them

I just went through all my accounts and changed my passwords, but now my Facebook app is saying "the email/password combination is wrong" and same thing with my email accounts.

I had to go back and change the passwords back in order for them to work.

How can I fix this? I email tried restarting the phone, reinstalling the app, but nothing!
