I've found I really like this one. The background changes brightness depending on time of day. Having played the game MANY years ago, I realized how much I used to like it after having loaded this Winterboard theme. There's more backgrounds to choose from.
And it looks like it makes use of the weather XML data as there is what appears to be rain in the background image, different places in both pictures. (fitting, because it's raining in the Bay Area right now.
