iPod no longer recognizes video

I have an iPod 5g. I had it all set up with movies, tv shows, etc. Well, one day my HD crashed in my powerbook that was running 10.3. I got the harddrive replaced and they re-installed 10.3. I plugged in my iPod and it was an old version of iTunes as it put all my files under music. I am not running 10.5 but can't move my videos back to the 'movies' or 'tv shows' folder. WHen I click them to play on the ipod, it tries to play them like music.

How can I get them to play again?
