I have a 400GB SEAGATE - External SATA (eSATA) Hard Drive which has been working for over a year.

It last worked Saturday night, I disconnected it and reused it today, however it won't mount?

Can you see it in Disk Utility? If so, hit Verify Disk and/or Repair Disk. Does that help?
