cannot connect to wireless network with hex password

i have no problem connection to any network except our work one where the network is password protected with a hex password. airport does not automatically connect to this network and i have to re-input the password after going through diagnostics - every single time. can anyone help??

I have found the issue of not remembering a password typically has to do with the Keychain.

What I do, is delete that network in the Advanced pane of Network System Preferences. Also put a check in 'Remember networks...." if it is not checked. Then open up Keychain Access and delete it from there - highlight Logins on the left side - also look to see if there is more than one listed here. Then do a fresh setup of this network. This has worked repeatedly for me.
