iPhoto 2 sharing?

Is there any way to share photos with iphoto 2 (powerbook) and iphoto 4 (imac g5), can't find sharing on iphoto 2. Or is there a way to use my imac disk to install iphoto 4 on the powerbook. Tried to, but got message saying unable to install.

20" iMac C2D 2.16ghz, 13" MacBook 2.0ghz, 60gb iPod vid, 1gb nano
iPhoto 2 does not have sharing so you will have to purchase iLife 04 or 05 to get sharing
