I used to love this and i don't like itunes, so i wanted to download it, although when i downloaded it, it didn't work and when i opened it to install it, it was a text file, any reason why this happening?

I downloaded from the microsoft website too.

Eww can't stand quicktime

ahh well, thanks for the heads up, any other good media players that are good for mac?

It is not a media manager and as such - is no replacement for iTunes

Have you tried songbird - if you cannot get on with iTunes

So you don't loke itunes or quicktime
Why don't you just install windows on your iMac and then you will be a lot happier?

Why does that look pretty much just like iTunes? I was gonna try it then I saw screen shots a while back and thought what is the difference other than the color... If he doesn't like iTunes I would thing he would have a bias against that type of UI anyway. I dunno... Someone clarify what the difference is? Cause they look the same.
