My applications won't move at all. No matter how long I hold down an application they won't begin "wiggling". The only way I can move them around is through iTunes which has become frustrating. I have restored my iPhone but it hasn't done anything to fix the problem. How can fix this issue?

Where you able to attain wiggle mode in the past, and it stopped working? Or have you never gotten it to work?
I actually find it easier to move icons around in iTunes, but it should work the other way too.

It started when I got a new phone. I upgraded to the iPhone 4 and restored from a back up of my older iPhone. Since then I haven't been able to even get my apps "wiggling". If I hold down an app...nothing happens at all. I have restored my iPhone since I noticed the problem and it hasn't done anything to fix the problem.
