I'm wanting to control my Mini, which is used solely for iTunes, from my Powerbook. How?
They're sitting right beside each other, I just don't want another monitor and keyboard on my desk.
I've read about the Remote Desktop option, but the mini doesn't have wireless. How can I use the display/keyboard on my PB to view and control the Mini's desktop?

What OS do you have installed on them? If you have Leopard, go into system preferences on both and enable screen sharing. Then under finder, connect to the mini under network/screen sharing and you're done.

If you don't have Leopard on both, then It's complication for you.

In Leopard, you could also use "Remote Management" to setup a VNC server on your mini and then use a VNC client on your Mac to control your Mini.

From what I have read though, the VNC implementation isn't the best with Leopard so you might be better to install a 3rd party VNC server on your Mini if you go this route.

Is this feature only available in Leopard? Can it be replicated in 10.4?

Yes, use a third party VNC server, thats your best bet. Chicken Of The VNC is a good freeware.

CotV is not a VNC server, it is a VNC client. I've used Vine Server in the past and it worked pretty well. You can get it here.
