New and not sure

Hi there, I have just upgraded to lion and been faced with many issues that are preventing me from taking control of my applications. example, I can not reset my Key chain access cause I don't have the appropriate permissions. Am i doing something wrong?

Are you logged in as a user with admin privileges? If not, you need to do so. If you are, then try repairing permissions. Download Onyx and do it from there. In fact, go ahead and run its full suite of maintenance and cleaning tools.

If that doesn't work, you may need to run Keychain First Aid, found by launching the Keychain Access app, then running First Aid from the menu.
