Can anyone help?

I have been using my TimeCapsule for a while, I have had a few issues recently regarding the Time machine not seeing the capsule. Once it was seeing it it backed up for about a week and now keeps saying that it has just verified my backup and needs to do a new backup, I proceed and it erases all my previous backups, completes a new backup, thus only having a backup to restore until it decides to start all over again?

Is there a way of getting around this, I can't see the point in doing backups for a week and then losing them all just so the capsule starts again?

re-starting backups

Hi Kax

I have followed the thread, it's exactly the same, the image on there is exactly the same.

Sounds like an Apple issues to me?

Any help resolving this is appreciated, it's like 'having a dog and barking yourself', seems pointless investing in the Time Capsule.

Thanks

After re-formatting the TC still no futher forward, errors with sparsebundles, backups failing, Apple have agreed to replace the faulty TC. Get a replacement next week.

Thanks for all of your help.
