Restore through iCloud after iTunes?

When I downloaded iOS6 my iPhone 3GS has the perpetual rebooting problem some other users experienced. After I returned home, I turned the phone on in recovery mode and plugged it into iTunes. When I was prompted to recover using iTunes or iCloud I (stupidly) chose iTunes without realizing that iCloud was much more up to date.

So my question is: Now that I've recoved my device using iTunes is there anyway for me to access my previous iCloud data? Or did it get reset when my phone was restored?

From what you've written, I can see any reason why putting the iPhone back into DFU mode and restoring again (this time from iCloud) wouldn't work.

Thanks for the reply! I erased my iPhone and tried to restore it through iCloud, but the only saved versions were post-iTunes reboot. So I guess I'm screwed.
