Hi everyone,
I just got handed down a nice new dual core intel machine. it has lots of ram, but i believe it is all apple and not 3rd party. tiger was originally on the machine, and i had some problems with randomly quitting applications and a random restart. this prompted me to re-install the OS and I went with leopard. everything has been going well except for a random restart today. these are very frustrating because i often start huge jobs that take a long time (days to weeks) and a lot of RAM, and a random restart kills it.
I've attached my console log from the entire session this morning before the random restart, does anyone see any clues for how i can prevent/fix this for the future??
many thanks in advance.
Michelle
