Hello! :D

I have an iBook G3 Clamshell, (The newer indigo model with Mac OS 9) and I've been having some problems. :Grimmace:
When I turn it on, it chimes and the screen is gray, as usual, but the happy Mac does not come up. It just stays gray forever. I have no idea what to do. If there's any one that has a tip or some way to help, that would be awesome! ;D

Could be a dead hard drive with a computer this old. Try booting the computer from an OS install disk. If you don't have one...then get one!;)

The dead hard drive theory does sound likely, especially if it's the original drive from 10+ years ago. Look around for an OS 9 install disk.
