just as the title says, i'm looking at picking up an ibook locally someone was selling for parts, claiming the hard drive crashed so they removed it and are selling the ibook for parts. they claim the screen and everything works and it turns on, but is there an actual way to find out for sure right then and there when i meet up to pick it up to see if it works properly, or would i have to chance it and then figure it out when i can get it home and swap parts????
