mac mini solo 10.8 snow leopard removing adminster name

got a mac mini intel with snow leopard 10.5.8.
i just got it and setup my gmail account for login. how do i remove that so i can sell the mac. i have not used mac so all i need to do is remove login info so buyer can setup there info. i have no disc. im not a mac person.

Set up a new admin account with a password you can give to the new owner (System preferences > Accounts)

Then login as the new admin and delete your old admin account
