Trying to photo message via MMS

Says i need to have MMS enabled to send one photo.

I have it it enabled thru settings.

Still getting this same message.

Anyone know why this would happen?

You should be able to attach a photo to an iMessage and send it. Are you getting an error?

OK, try following the below procedure and let me know if that works for you:

How to send an existing photo or video using iMessage on iPhone or iPad

Launch the Messages app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on the conversation in which you'd like to send a photo.
Tap on the photo button in the lower lefthand corner.
Tap Photo Library.
Choose a category from which to send a photo or video.
