Need help. I am looking for a way to add an description to photos on the iPhone(or iPad). Say, I'm going to a 10 days tour, during which I'll take lots of photos. I'd like to add description to photos I took during daytime when I go back to the hotel at night, while my memory is still fresh for each photos taken, instead of having to deal with hundreds of photos after coming back home. Is there any way doing it directly on iPhone or iPad?

i don't know if this would help but there's a app in the app store called SNAP! that allows you to label stuff on your photos.
