iTunes crashes

When I go to the "Photos" tab on my iPod Touch while in iTunes, it freezes then crashes. I can go to any other tab with no problems. Anyone know what's going on? Should I reinstall iTunes? Will I lose anything from iTunes if I reinstall?

you can try to remove/reinstall itunes, but it could be a bad photo file that could be causing it to crash/freeze

if you remove itunes make sure you remove everything thats incorporated w/ itunes..if you're on a mac go to apple.com/support and search for ht1747, if you're on a pc remove these four:
apple mobile device support
apple software update
itunes
quicktime
