Facetime

Hey guys I was using facetime and it was working videochat was working great. Then my screen froze up and my computer froze this chat was from macbook to macbook pro. Now my facetime will attempt to call out but wont ring on other users system. When other users call me it pops up I click answer and it just keeps trying to connect but will never actually feed video or audio any help from anyone would be appreciated thanks.
