• The Mac-Forums Community Guidelines (linked at the top of every forum) are very clear, we respect US law and court precedence when it comes to legality of activity.

    Therefore to clarify:
    • You may not discuss breaking DVD or BluRay encryption, copying, or "ripping" commercial, copy-protected DVDs.
    • This includes DVDs or BluRays you own. Even if you own the DVD or BluRay, it is still technically illegal under the DMCA to break the encryption. While some may argue otherwise, until the law is rewritten or the US Supreme Court strikes it down, we will adhere to the current intent of the law.
    • You may discuss ripping or copying unprotected movies or homemade DVDs.
    • You may discuss ripping or copying tools in the context that they are used for legal purposes as outlined in this post.

This is the first time I'm trying this program (idvd '08) out and there is a few things I haven't figured out yet...
1. How do I put multiple songs in one slideshow?

2. I have short video clips that I want one to play one right after the other automatically...Do I just go to add movie and keep dragging them all over to the same spot?

3. How can I add text to still pics in a slideshow? And/or add a blank page with just text on it?

4. Is there a way that I can have just one item on the main menu and have it play everything, including slidshows and movie clips? For instance, when I pop in the finished dvd and it goes to the main menu, I click on the only thing there, like vacation and it plays, a little slideshow then a short video, a little slide show and a short video, ect.

Thanks in advance...
