So my friend has this WD external hard drive (don't know the model name) and he has a pc at home but when he brings his external hard drive to uni and puts it on the imacs it comes up as a super drive, i told him to take it home and reformat it to ms dos/fat 32, which he did but it still doing the same thing. anyone know any reason for this?
external hard drive mounts as super/disc drive?
