Marathon Trilogy

Back in January, Bungie Studios released the Marathon series of games for free download (http://trilogyrelease.bungie.org/) - has anybody gotten this successfully working under OS X using Aleph One? (http://source.bungie.org/)

I'm having some difficulties with it. Marathon wants me to install an OS 9 partition and Aleph One says that the Marathon package files aren't there...
