This is my first time posting, so sorry if I'm not posting in the right place. 
I have a macbook pro and a Samsung LCD tv. I'd love to be able to view movies and photos, stored on my computer, on the tv. Surely there is a way to wirelessly transfer this data to the television? Thanks so much for any advice.
Just a sidenote...I had AT&T Uverse set up this morning. There's a 'media sharing' application but it's only for pc to television and not mac to television, to my understanding.
