Hey, i am trying to (legally) download a file from a torrent, and yet no matter how many files i try, none of them will download at all. Any suggestions?

I think you need to set a correct port-forwarding option in your router. you should check what port your torrent application is using, then set the router to forward data from that port to your ip address.

Even if the port forwarding is off, things would still work as long as there were seeds. I am behind a firewall at school, so I have NAT errors and all, but I can still get some sort of download speed. It's not great, but it gets the job done.

More than likely, there are just no seeds.
