GoLive 8 & Modal dialog boxs?

just curious if golive either version 8 or 9 will allow you to create modal dialog boxs? i would prefer golive cause of the layout grid and all that stuff is just nice to use, but if i cant add modal dialog boxs with out having to type in the code then its useless, i need to have something adds that in there for time saving reasons. Any ideas?
