Toast 6: hangs when encoding

i dont have no mac's
trying to burn a dvd in toast because there is apparently a problem with the video ts folder when doing it in popcorn, so i compressed it with dvd2one and put it into toast 6 and it just sits and pretends to encode...the blue bar just does not move
