Retrieve pictures taken by iPhone 3G?

this must be a simple question...but how do i retrieve the picture that i have taken with my iPhone? and how do i retrieve the videos i have taken with cycorder?

figured out how to do the camera roll pictures to transfer but how do i transfer videos from cycorder?

plug your phone in to your mac and open up "image capture". It's in your applications list on your mac. it'll treat the iphone like it's a digi cam and let you pull out all videos/pictures

Yeah i used image capture to retrieve my photos from my camera roll but it doesnt show the videos...btw its a iPhone 3G and i use cycorder to capture videos...

If you have iPhoto it should automatically open up and import your photos you have taken.
