I have approx 40 pages of non-alphabetically listed simple account details - printed from Quick Books. I would like to accomplish 2 things:
1) Enter the lists from the scanner or scanned documents into Numbers.
2) Display lists in Numbers in alphabetical order - this I can do; disregard.

Help greatly appreciated.

Not easily....

Number 1 is your biggest problem. A scanner is going to bring the page in as a photo rather than text. You would need OCR software to convert the scan to text and the good stuff is 500 or so dollars. If you do that then yes, you could potentially get it into numbers and have it sorted.

Can Quickbooks export to a file like Numbers?
