I've gotten a new phone and had the iCloud on my old 4S. With my new 5, the pictures did not sync. On my old phone, they are checked and should have synced, but only about 198 are there, on my photo stream.
I went to my account on the Cloud and there is no icon for my photos, so I am unsure as to what to do next.
My apps are not here either. What a waste!
