iPod won't turn on even when its connected to Power.. (Please Look)

When I turn on my iPod, the apple logo comes up and after a few seconds this comes up:

i went to apple.com/support/ipod and i couldnt find anything to make it work again.
I have tried everything on their website (apple.com/support/ipod) and cant get it to work at all.
My iPod has not been connected to power in over 36 hours.

My iPod is a 20 gig iPod photo.

I appreciate your help.

Looks like your iPod might need to go in for service. Do you have an Apple Store near you?

I don't think I can take my iPod to service.

But there should be a way to do it because I remember about 2 months ago i had the iPod working perfectly until this happened. After I went through websites and other stuff, I did something and got it fixed.. I really dont remember what I did.

If anyone knows something that the other websites don't please post it here, I need to know if i can fix it before i can take it to an Apple store.

I'm sorry to have to inform you of this, but you can't do anything to resolve this.

Apple Store is the only option.
