Can not sync photo to iphone

it happen again...evertime i sync photo to iphone it appear (like the picture below)

Not enough info. Please tell us what model of iPhone, what version of the OS it is running, when this problem first appeared, what you have done (if anything) to located the source of the problem, have you reinstalled iTunes, etc.
