I Mac will not turn on

My wife turned her Imac off but today she cannot get it to turn back on. I have tried unplugging all connections, then plugging back in. Pushed the button on the back of the monitor, but to now avail. Any suggestions?

How old is her iMac, year and model? It sounds like the power supply may have gone south on it. Some model iMacs are easier than others to change out the power supply. Let us know the model number and we can point you to either a repair service center or parts replacement sales.
