Click on the Apple button in the top left corner and select About This Mac. It'll tell you how much memory you have installed.

Click on the little hourglass in the top right corner and type in Activity Monitor. Fire up that program and at the bottom select System Memory. That will show you the amount of used and free memory.

Games install on the hard drive not the RAM.

You can't delete memory, it's different to hard drive space.

You can't exactly clear out RAM, but what you can do is quit running processes that you don't need running.

What kind of Mac do you have, and are you trying to play it on the OS X partition, or on windows via bootcamp or VM?

If want to run World of Warcraft I would suggest upgrading your ram kit. Crucial has an app on there site that lets you see how much ram/what ram works with your model.
