Install the free Dropbox on your iPad and for your Mac. (You'll need the iOS version and OS X version.) You can get up to 5 GB of free space.

Place the Keynote presentations you wish to share in the Dropbox public folder and they'll be available to the other iPads. You can also place Keynote presentations from your Mac in the public folder and you can share them with your iPad and other iPads.
Note: You didn't give us any info about your Mac and which version of OS X you're running, but you may also be able to use iCloud instead of Dropbox.
