I have to get rid of my MBP.

I can delete the mail folders and clean the cache in Safari and Firefox.
I will also delete my purchased applications and save license info.

Besides my personal files, what else should I delete

I don't have my install disks, so I cannot do an erase via Disk Utility. Or can I?

running 10.5.8

Thanks,
TSM

I would create a new account, then securely delete the old account. That should take out the bulk of any personal files/folders.

Nevermind, was going to suggest something but saw that you don't have the install discs.
