Finder help!

I seem to have somehow deleted my sidebar and the top menu bar (with the back/forward button and the viewing styles) from my Finder and would really like it back! I think i must have done something while pressing command and the up arrow key to try out a shortcut..

I've figured it out

In the upper right corner of Finder there is a little white pill click it and that should get you back to normal.
