I currently have the Macbook Pro 2.2ghz 2GB RAM (early 08)
im looking to upgrade to 4GB RAM, and will have no problems installing it
BUT i found this is what i need
4GB kit (2GBx2), 200-pin SODIMM, DDR2 PC2-5300 upgrades for Apple MacBook Pro 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (15.4-inch) Laptop/Notebook, CT687594 from Crucial.com
i've heard crucial is the best ram, and will take me to 4GB at a good price, but looking at my current 2GB (2 1GB sticks) of ram they are at a speed of 667mhz
the crucial ram on the website doesn't have a speed shown, could they be slower than what i currently have? has anyone purchases this ram for the same laptop as mine? did it improve much?
thanks
