Mac Book Pro. 2.3Ghz Intel Core i7 running OSX 10.14.6, 16GB Ram
Anyone know of a cheap/ free way to Edit an AVI other than Upgrading to QT pro? I can import them to iMovie, but as far as i can tell, i end up with an iMovie project at the end. All i want to do is stick films made up of a few AVI files together to make 1 file.

MBP - 2.66Ghz Core 2 duo, 4GB Ram, 320GB HDD, Geforce 9400m + 9600M GT (256mb)
Could you not import it into iMovie, then at the end, export them out as a video file? Its what i did when creating videos for you-tube.

(It usually exports the files as .mov files, which can be opened in QT as well as uploaded to you-tube etc)
