i'm new to this , so forgive me if i sound like a rooky. i just got a macbook pro 17 inch ,the battery isn't charging and i was wondering is there a way to turn the charger on and off?:[

2022 Mac Studio M1 Max, 2023 M2 MBA
Has the MBP never charged a battery or did it stop suddenly? If the former, you should take it back to the apple store immediately and get it replaced, if the latter, did you chane anything? Install anything? If not, you might still want to take it back to the store for a replacement.
