My sun installed iAlertu at his Macbook Pro. He didn't pay any attention to what he was exactly installing and now his adminstrator account is locked. He has an other account and is able to login. I hope someone will help my sun and sends him an email with instructions to [email protected]

The security application iAlertU should not have locked your Son's admin account if it was installed correctly. Just have him follow the directions to uninstall it. After it's uninstalled, if the account is still locked, it had nothing to do with iAlertU.
